A favorite spot that just moved, a price that has changed, a question in the days before you fly: you can write to us about any of it at [email protected]. What you notice on your trip helps our articles stay useful for the travelers who come after you.

Questions, feedback and partnership ideas can all go to the address below.

If your note is about one of our articles, please include the link and the details that need updating. There is no need to be formal. A one-line note like "the noodle stall on that corner moved" helps us a lot.

What would you like to share?

Prices that have changed

Prices in Nha Trang shift with the season, with the year, sometimes with the week. Mud bath tickets, island tours, beach loungers, a bowl of noodles: every number in an article eventually needs a refresh. If you just paid something different from what we wrote, let us know what you paid, where and on what date. A photo of the price board or receipt makes it easier to compare.

Places that closed, moved or changed hands

In a tourist city, this happens fairly often. A favorite banh can stall packs up after Tet, the Lunar New Year holiday. A beach gets a new operator and starts charging admission. If you walk to the address in one of our articles and the place is gone, drop us a line. We will check, update the article and show the new date at the top.

Your trip, good or bad

We want to hear about trips that did not go to plan, too. An island tour crammed with more people than promised, a bill that did not match the menu, a beach covered in trash after a storm. Those stories bring our articles closer to what you will actually find.

And if you found a great stall or a quiet cove we have not covered, we would love to hear about it, especially what drew you there and the best time to go.

If you live in Nha Trang

Locals know things a few days of travel rarely reveal: which banh can stall opens before sunrise, which stretch of beach residents swim at. If you would like to tell us about your city, whether it is a memory, a family dish or a corner of town that has changed, we would be glad to read it. Before we mention your story in an article, we will check back with you, including whether you would like to be named.

Questions before your trip

Not sure which month to go, which part of town to stay in, or whether a boat trip makes sense with a three-year-old? Ask away. We are not a travel agency, so we cannot book anything for you, but we are happy to share what we know and suggest what to read.

Many common questions are answered on the site: the best time to visit Nha Trang, what to eat and which island tour to pick. On a first trip, start with the Nha Trang travel guide and things to do in Nha Trang. Before a boat day, check whether the sea is nice today. Can't agree on an island? Try the island quiz, then share the result to pick a trip together.

What to include in your email

A clear subject line tells us what your message is about as soon as we open the inbox. You can start the subject with one of these tags, then add a few words:

  • [Correction] Hon Tam tour price has changed
  • [Question] Nha Trang in November with a toddler
  • [Tip] Breakfast spot near Dam Market
  • [Partnership] Your company and what you have in mind
  • [Photo] Photo contribution, image credit or copyright request

Suggesting a correction

Along with the article link and the part that needs updating, add the date you were there, since a price from last month and one from yesterday can differ. A photo of the price board, the sign or a notice is easier for us to compare than a description.

Photographing price boards, menus and notices

The photo does not need to be pretty, just readable: straight on, in good light, with the prices and dish names clear. If you can, add a shot of the sign so we know which place the prices belong to. For a closure or new-hours notice, capture the whole sheet so the effective date is included.

If you send a receipt, feel free to cover card or phone numbers first. No photo? That is fine. A few lines with the date and address are enough for us to start checking.

Asking a trip question

Are you traveling with kids or older relatives? Do you care more about beaches or food, and what is your ballpark budget? Knowing your dates, group size and interests helps us tailor our suggestions to your trip.

Write in English or Vietnamese, whichever feels most natural. Vietnam is on UTC+7, so a message sent in your evening may reach us the next morning. If you have a lot of photos, a shared folder link makes them easier for us to view.

When to expect a reply

The site is written by a small group of friends. We take time to read each message and check the details before we reply. Reports about safety and image rights are reviewed first.

If your question is tied to a departure date that is coming up soon, please put the date in the subject line. We will do our best to reply before you go.

Some feedback is handled by updating the article directly. Thank you for helping keep the information true to what visitors find on the ground.

Contributing photos

If you have photos from Nha Trang you would like to share with our readers, we would love to see them. We only publish photos taken by the person sending them, so we can credit the photographer correctly.

In your email, tell us where and roughly when each photo was taken, and how the site may use it: permission for our articles while you keep full copyright, or an open license such as CC BY or CC BY-SA. If people's faces are clearly visible, let us know whether they agreed to be photographed.

Include the name you would like shown, plus a link to your website or profile if you have one. It will appear on the photo, in the bottom-right credit badge, the same way as the images on our Image credits page. When a photo fits an article, we will check with you before it goes up.

Partnerships and advertising

We are happy to talk with hotels, restaurants, tour operators and brands connected to travel in Nha Trang. We hope every partnership brings something useful to our readers: a place to stay worth recommending, a service that solves a problem visitors actually run into, a product we would use ourselves.

Any content that involves a partnership, a hosted visit or affiliate links is labeled at the top of the article, so readers know before they start. How we handle sponsored content is explained in our editorial policy, and a quick look before you write makes the conversation easier for both sides.

What a partnership proposal should include

  • Your company name, a contact person and your website or profile.
  • The product, service or place you would like to introduce, with its location in Nha Trang if it has one.
  • The format you have in mind: a hosted visit, an article, an ad or affiliate links.
  • Your timeline and any conditions attached, if there are any.

If it is not a fit, we will do our best to let you know so you are not left waiting.

Every photo on the site carries its author and license in the caption, and the full list lives on the Image credits page. If you took a photo that appears here and it is used incorrectly, credited to the wrong person, or you would simply like it removed, you can email us with a subject starting with [Photo].

In your message, please include the link to the page with the photo, a link to the original or other details that show you are the author, and what you would like us to do: correct the credit, update the license information or take the image down. Reports about safety and image rights are reviewed first.

Complaints about content work the same way. If you run a business and think an article gets something wrong about you, please write in. We will reread it, check the facts and correct anything inaccurate. If the article was right but has aged, we update it and show the new date.

What we can help with

Review Nha Trang is a site for sharing travel experience. We do not sell tours, book hotels or reserve restaurant tables, and no partner is authorized to sell services or collect payments in our name. If anyone tries, please do not send money, and let us know.

In an emergency, email is not the fastest way to get help. If you get into trouble in the water or need urgent help in Nha Trang, call 115 for an ambulance, 113 for police or 114 for rescue, or alert the nearest beach lifeguard. For a lost passport or a legal problem, your embassy or consulate is the right first call.

If there is anything else you would like to ask, or a story about Nha Trang you would like to share, just write to us. See you in the inbox.
